900 Rainier, an eight-story, mixed-used, 400-apartment multifamily property in Seattle, broke ground in July. O.Z. Navigator, a partnership between Nitze-Stagen and Housing Diversity Corp., is developing the site. Pinnacle Partners provided a qualified opportunity fund investment. The site seeks to host those earning up to 40% and 100% of the area median income (AMI).
