They’d create a combined 150 residential units
With approvals in hand and the plan-check process now underway, Housing Diversity Corp., Steinberg Hart, and STS Construction have unveiled new renderings for a pair of micro-unit apartment buildings set to rise in Hollywood and Koreatown.
The projects, announced in November 2021, follow the completion of the team’s first Los Angeles project – an eight-story, 69-unit apartment building one block south of Hollywood Boulevard. That apartment complex has an average unit size of just 375 square feet and no on-site parking.
