Housing Diversity Corporation (HDC) is a leading impact investment fund manager and real estate developer pioneering innovative housing solutions. We create high-quality housing across the affordability spectrum (0-120% AMI) through multiple approaches, with a growing focus on tax-exempt bond structures and municipal master leasing partnerships. Our strategic collaborations with Enterprise Community Partners, United Way of Greater Los Angeles, Amazon Housing Equity Fund, and LAHSA have produced nearly 3,000 units, including 374 homes for people experiencing homelessness. Founded by Brad Padden, HDC strategically locates developments near transit, employment, and amenities (94 average Walk Score), creating communities that foster economic diversity and social cohesion.
