LAHSA is master leasing the Liv DTLA apartments. Construction is complete for Liv DTLA, a new micro-unit apartment complex located a short walk south of Metro’s Pico Station. Located at 1411 S. Flower Street, the project from Arctaris Impact Investors, LLC and Housing Diversity Corporation is an eight-story structure containing 227 apartments, all of which will serve as supportive housing through a five-year master lease agreement with the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority. All apartments are to be reserved for low-income residents with vouchers earning up to 50 percent of area median income, with 10 percent reserved for extremely low-income renters earning up to 30 percent of the area median income level.
