(Paywall) The groundbreaking ceremony came on Tuesday for Keystone, a 74-unit workforce housing project at 9201 Delridge Way S.W. in West Seattle. The builder, STS Construction Services, is partnering with developer Housing Diversity Corp. on the project. Atelier Drome designed the five-story, 74-unit building, which will rise on the corner of Southwest Barton Street.
